it is a manifesto for free water, which is not "H2O", but in which plankton, fungal spores, nutrients necessary for plants and fish thrive. it has a specific taste in different locations and subtle color differences for the attentive eye. it also has its own specific place and name, for example, kopli bay, of which i took a plaster mold for this installation.

it is life-giving and life-bearing free water that cannot be caught in a jar.
